By accessing or using RealtorPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

RealtorPilot is an AI-powered CRM and messaging platform designed for real estate professionals. The platform enables automated lead management, multi-channel messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, email, and more), and workflow automation.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By enabling the SMS channel in your RealtorPilot dashboard, you agree to:

• Only send messages to recipients who have provided explicit opt-in consent.
• Comply with all applicable TCPA, CTIA, and carrier regulations regarding commercial text messaging.
• Honor opt-out requests immediately. Recipients who reply STOP must be removed from messaging within one business day.
• Provide a HELP response with support contact information when requested.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content sent through the platform, ensuring recipient consent, and complying with all applicable laws. RealtorPilot is not liable for misuse of the platform by its users.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RealtorPilot to send spam, unsolicited messages, illegal content, or to harass individuals. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

RealtorPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
